Peter Jackson has made a cameo appearance in all the movies he’s directed. Most memorably for his cameos in the Lord of the Rings trilogy and now in The Hobbit. Here are 5 GIFs created by a fan of Jackson’s cameos.

In an interview by Empire, Jackson explained about his role as a dwarf saying, “I didn’t have a great deal of choice. There weren’t any human characters in this film, and they weren’t any hobbits roles I could play… and I’m not an elf.”
