LEGO fan Eric Stevens built a replica of Downton Abbey characters and Highclere Castle for his girlfriend, Sophia Tokar. The characters include The Crawley family, Carson, Mr. Bates, Branson, Matthew, and Thomas. Stevens used aerial shots and floor plans to make a digital design of Highclere Castle.   

“Design on the castle was about 10 maybe 12 hours, sitting in front of the computer,” Stevens said. “The actual building maybe took only four hours. It probably took me longer to source all the different parts from different sellers on the internet.”

“I’d just gotten back into Lego through ‘Star Wars,’ and randomly wondered if anyone built ‘Downton Abbey,’ because people have done Lego everything else you can imagine. So I just started doing it.” Stevens told WXXI News.
