The CW has released the first teaser trailer for their upcoming TV series ‘The Flash’ featuring Arrow’s Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and Barry Allen (Grant Gustin).

Synopsis:

Based upon characters published by DC Comics. Through a freak accident, scientist Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) is given the power of super speed, which transforms him into the Fastest Man Alive.

Stars Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash, Rick Cosnett as Detective Eddie, Danielle Panabaker as Caitilin Snow, Candice Patton, Tom Cavanagh as Harrison Wells, Jesse L. Martin as Detective West, and Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon. John Wesley Shipp who played‘The Flash’ in the original 90s version, will guest star in the pilot in a mystery role and is intended to be a recurring guest star in the series.
