Ok, I am still laughing 24hrs after finishing this book…
This is where I tell you the most important thing you need with this read, your sense of humor. Have it and you are in for a wild and hysterical ride! Here’s why…
*Satan (yes, the ruler of Hell) has been given permission by God to come to Earth (for the first time since Eden), inhabit a body of his choosing (unless it is unavailable, in which case God determines the body) and do what he will for an entire week.
*Death (yes the Angel of Death) feeling bored and under appreciated, QUITS. Meaning no one is dying.
*Someone is playing around with AI (artificial intelligence) again and we all know how well those endeavors play out.
and
*A little psychic goldfish named Jeremiah can’t handle all the thoughts/visions coming into his head so he sends them right back out (and they just so happen to go to his owner Nigel).
It would be really hard for me to give you a glimpse into the book without going so far as to spoil it, which I don’t want to do because you really should read it. But I will say this…
The body the Devil chooses to inhabit IS unavailable at the exact moment he makes his way to Earth and he is forced into God’s choice of body…
Death, fresh off a bender at pub in Ireland, is talked into quitting his job by a cat…
The laboratory working on the AI project has just went into lock down…
Jeremiah, the goldfish, finds himself re arranging the pebbles in his bowl (often)…
And that is just the first few pages! There is a lot to keep up with at first, I will admit, but hang on and pay attention and you will find yourself laughing out loud and very entertained.
It’s not too late to get yourself a copy and chat about it with me.
As you may have noticed, my 5 questions posts usually have spoilers so I refrained from leaking major info on this one 😉
Happy Reading!
