Emma Watson took to Twitter to welcome her new ‘Beauty and the Beast’ cast mates. News broke yesterday that Dan Stevens will be playing the Beast/Prince and Luke Evans will be playing the boorishly handsome Gaston.

Disney has not yet confirmed if ‘Beauty and the Beast’ will be a musical, but when Watson announced her casting on Facebook in January, the actress told her fans, “It was such a big part of my growing up, it almost feels surreal that I’ll get to dance to ‘Be Our Guest’ and sing ‘Something There’. My six year old self is on the ceiling – heart bursting. Time to start some singing lessons. I can’t wait for you to see it.”
