It’s official!! ABC has renewed Marvel’s ‘Agent Carter’ starring Hayley Atwell for a second season. I am so excited!! I loved the first season and can’t wait to see what happens in Season 2.

“The eight-episode series averaged 5 million total viewers and a 1.8 in the demo — and almost doubling its returns when factoring in seven days of DVR viewing. The decision to renew Carter comes as Fazekas and Butters will see second year drama Resurrection get the ax. The duo told THR that they envisioned multiple seasons for the short-order drama, with the season ending with a slight cliffhanger. It shows a commitment on ABC and Marvel’s part to let the series grow.” – THR
