Panda-palooza! USA Today have released new stills, which gives us our first look at DreamWorks’ upcoming ‘Kung Fu Panda 3.’
Look at all those cute baby pandas! “Those guys are going to be the life of the party, for sure.” Black told USA Today.
In the new film, Po meets his biological father, Li (voiced by Bryan Cranston), who takes Po back to an enclave where the pandas have been living since the fierce panda attack in ‘Kung Fu Panda 2.’
Also new to the movie is a young female panda Mei Mei (voiced by Rebel Wilson), a wannabe ribbon dancer. No panda love story here.
“Po’s a little freaked out, since he’s never been around a female of his own species,” Black told USA Today. “I don’t think he has game in that realm yet.”

Director Jennifer Yuh Nelson visited the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in Sichuan, China, to study the playful panda behavior used in the movie.
“That is the most shockingly adorable place — there are nurseries filled with gaggles of baby pandas,” Yuh told USA Today. “A lot of how the pandas play was inspiration for the movie.”
