Legendary Comics has unveiled the variant cover for issue #1 of its upcoming series, Pacific Rim: Tales From The Drift, the official new comic series presented by director Guillermo del Toro and Pacific Rim screenwriter Travis Beacham. For each issue, Legendary will release an alternate cover featuring limited edition artwork. The variant cover for issue #1 was illustrated by notable comics artist Whilce Portacio, (Uncanny X-Men, Iron Man, Spawn).
