Another villain has been cast.

The Hollywood Reporter reports that actor Jimmy Akingbola has been cast in a recurring role on Season 4 of ‘Arrow.’ 

Akingbola will be playing Baron Blitzkrieg, an adversary for Oliver, and will appear prominently in flashbacks. In the comics, the character is the leader of the nefarious group Shadowspire. 

The series stars Stephen Amell, Emily Bett Rickards, Katie Cassidy, Willa Holland, David Ramsey and Willa Holland, with John Barrowman and Paul Blackthorne.

Also starring: Neal McDonough as Damien Darhk, Alexander Calvert as Anarky, and Echo Kellum as Mister Terrific.

Executive producers are Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, Andrew Kreisberg, Wendy Mericle and Sarah Schechter. It is produced by Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television.

‘Arrow’ returns for its fourth season October 7 on the CW.
