Australian actor Keiynan Lonsdale (Divergent) has landed a role in Season 2 of ‘The Flash’ as a season regular. Lonsdale will play Wally West, an iconic character from the Flash Universe who became the speedster known as Kid Flash.

‘The Flash’ Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg said of the casting, “Just like when we met Grant for the first time, we instantly knew Keiynan embodied all the heart and courage of a hero. We are so excited to be bringing this much-beloved character onto the show.”

‘The Flash’ Season 2 will premiere on October 6th at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
