‘Masters of the Universe’ was released in theaters on August 7th, 1987. The film was produced by Yoram Globus and Menahem Golan, based on the Mattel toyline of the same name. Written by David Odell and directed by Gary Goddard. The film starred Dolph Lundgren, Frank Langella, Jon Cypher, Chelsea Field, Billy Barty and Courteney Cox.

Oh the 80s! He-Man and She-Ra till this day are my absolute favorite characters. So many good memories. I still love this movie, as cheesy as it is. This movie is the only one that I’m looking forward to seeing rebooted. That’s if Sony ever get their crap together.
