According exclusively to TVLine, ‘Gotham’ will be introducing Pyromaniac villain Firefly in the upcoming second season, but their’s an interesting twist. Actress Michelle Veintimilla (Those Who Kill) will play a female version of the infamous firestarter named Bridgit Pike in the fifth and sixth episodes.

Official character description:

Enslaved by her brothers, a notorious gang of arsonists, Bridgit Pike is forced into the family business. When she catches the eye of Selina Kyle, the young Cat Woman and the soon-to-be-Firefly team up to put Bridgit’s firestarting skills to good use. But after a deadly encounter with the Pike Brothers, the meek Cinderella is transformed into a vengeful supervillain, hell bent on destroying those who have wronged her.

“The stakes are higher than ever as GOTHAM explores the origin stories of some of the most ambitious and depraved Super Villains, including The Riddler, The Joker and Mr. Freeze, and Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) uncovers more secrets from his father’s past.
