Last month at Disney’s D23 Expo, Alan Horn announced that ‘Jurassic World’ director Colin Trevorrow will helm ‘Star Wars: Episode IX.’ ‘The Force Awakens’ 

Production is still a few years away, but director Trevorrow is already hard at work. Trevorrow took to Twitter to tease his preparations for ‘Episode IX’ and tweeted the below photo of a Lucasfilm, LTD moleskine notebook with the caption, “Back to school. #IX.”

‘Star Wars: Episode IX’ will conclude the third trilogy of ‘Star Wars’ movies that begins with ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ on December 18, 2015.

‘Star War: Episode IX’ is expected to hit theaters in 2019.
