Executive producer Marc Guggenheim revealed, via Twitter, the title and credits for the ninth episode of ‘Arrow’ Season 4, titled “Dark Waters.” 

“Dark Waters” is written by Wendy Mericle & Ben Sokolowski. Directed by John Behring.

Production begins tomorrow.

‘Arrow’ Season 4 airs Wednesdays at 8pm on the CW.
