I was first introduced to Impact Winter by our friends at X-Geeks and had the pleasure of listening to Season 1 just before the release of S2 last year!! I am not using the word ‘pleasure’ lightly here either. From the moment I hit play, the immersive atmosphere, talented full cast and excellent sound quality had me totally captivated!

With such aspects as a seemingly eternal winter and post apocalyptic timeline this story adds a really nice twist to the vampire narrative and a tension/urgency that is very compelling. Set all of that against the backdrop of the English countryside (a personal favorite) and one could easily call this bingeable in a single sitting.

The writing of Impact Winter is layered with depth, action, emotion, incredible imagery and as previously mentioned, a full cast voice narration, stacked with talent such as Holliday Grainger, Esmé Creed-Miles, Caroline Ford, Sacha Dhawan, David Gyasi, Andrew Gower, Ellie Bamber, Michael Culkin, Liam Cunningham, Bella Ramsey and SO MANY MORE!

What else could we ask for after all of this???
