In Batman v Superman Superman is no lackey of the government; if anything many of the world’s governments distrust the guy. But it is Superman who goes to Gotham and starts the confrontation… at the behest of Lex Luthor. And unlike The Dark Knight Returns, Superman comes out swinging, pulverizing the Batmobile with one punch. Why would Superman do Lex Luthor’s bidding? What is Lex hoping to accomplish? That would be spoiling. But know that when the fight is over, Batman will be able to point to Superman and say, “He started it!”

Directed by Zack Snyder. Cast includes Henry Cavill (Clark Kent/Superman), Ben Affleck (Batman), Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Diane Lane (Martha Kent), Laurence Fishburne (Perry White), Gal Gadot (Diana Prince/Wonder Woman), Jason Momoa (Aquaman), Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor), Jeremy Irons (Alfred Pennyworth), Ray Fisher (Cyborg), Holly Hunter, Callan Mulvey, and Tao Okamoto.

‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ is set for release on March 25, 2016.

Wow, been a week of great trailers. Batman V Superman looks really dark and moody. Do you bleed, you will… Wow, that bit gave me chills, and seeing a brief glimpse of the Batmobile was great as well. Wonder if the special IMAX trailer screenings on Monday will have more footage? Fingers crossed!

It sure has been. Very exciting stuff. I’m still up in the air with the trailer. I don’t know. I think I was expecting more. Hopefully I’ll be sold on Monday. I got chills too when he said that. I think Ben has a better Batman voice than Christian Bale, imo. Did you spot the Riddler emblem? Crossing all my fingers. 🙂

Yes, I was hoping for a bit more in the trailer, but its still early days. Sure later trailers will have even more, probably on Monday I expect. I agree, Ben’s voice is well suited to the role, Bale’s voice got so OTT by the Dark Knight Rises. Still think Keaton has the Bat-Voice though. Hey, good idea for an article there! Yes, noticed the Riddler emblem. Love when they put these Easter Eggs in stuff, even if the character doesn’t show up, it adds a nice touch to the tone of the film, and show just how much thought and care has gone into making everything just right. And that Batmobile! Only a glimpse, but wow! It looks awesome!!!

That’s true. I can’t be that greedy. 😛 I agree. No one can beat Keaton’s Bat-voice. Me too. Those tiny details mean a lot to us fans. And it’s always fun finding them. I’m sure Zack has some more in the movie. That Batmobile is pretty awesome.
