According to Deadline, actor Stephen Rider (The Butler, Safe House) has joined the cast of ‘Marvel’s Daredevil’ Season 2 as a new regular. Rider is set to play Blake Tower, a “District Attorney for New York City who helps Charlie Cox’s Daredevil — a lawyer in his civilian identity as Matt Murdock — with information to help track down and capture criminals.”

Blinded as a young boy but imbued with extraordinary senses, Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) fights against injustice by day as a lawyer, and by night as the Super Hero “Daredevil” in modern-day Hell’s Kitchen, New York City.
