According to TVLine, Darren Criss has been tapped to play the villainous Music Meister in the highly-anticipated musical crossover between Supergirl and The Flash. The upcoming crossover will reunite Criss with his fellow Glee alums Grant Gustin (Barry Allen) and Melissa Benoist (Kara Danvers).

Here’s what executive producer Andrew Kreisberg had to say about casting Criss:

“With our Flash and our Supergirl being Glee alums, how could we not have them go up against another Glee favorite like Darren Criss? We have been blown away by his talent over the years and we can’t wait to see what he brings to the Music Meister.”

The musical crossover will kick off at the end of ‘Supergirl’ on March 20th and conclude on ‘The Flash’ on March 21st, titled “Duet.” Directed by Dermott Downs, the musical crossover will also feature musical performances from Jesse L. Martin (Joe West), Victor Garber (Dr. Stein), John Barrowman (Malcolm Merlyn), Jeremy Jordan (Winn), Carlos Valdes (Cisco).
