This track has a great director and the volunteer staff is amazing. We admittedly spent a large portion of our first Dragon Con just in this track and have made many friends in the last two years (looking at you Larry, Jim, Emily, Amanda and Valdis).
Here is a sample of some of the Tolkien themed goodness that we’ve been able to capture in our past two year as WGGs:

We couldn’t let this post run without paying our respects to the incredibly kind and talented Jef Murray, who we lost earlier this month. He was one of the first people GiGI and I met at our first Dragon (2013). While we were blown away by his passion and artistic ability in portraying Tolkien’s Middle Earth, what we remember most is the time he took to share a conversation with two awestruck newbies. From that day on, I followed him on Facebook and looked forward to him sharing his art every week. You, Sir, will be misssed.

Hoping we meet in Bree,
