This week’s theme is ‘Conventions I’ve Been To Or Wish To Attend.’ I have a whole list of cons I want to attend some day.

Conventions I want to attend in 2014:

1. DragonCon

DragonCon was the first con CC and I attended. The first time was in 2013 and we went back last year. If you’re a cosplayer, this is the perfect con for you.

2. Nerd HQ

I attended Nerd HQ for the first time last year and I had a blast. A four-day event is held during the same days as SDCC. Panels are $22 and all ticket sales go to Operation Smile.

3. San Diego Comic Con

Nerd Mecca!! I’ve had no luck last year in buying a badge. It’s a long story. On top of that, I missed the deadline for credentials for this year’s con. I did have the opportunity to check out the events going around the convention last year. I even had the chance to be rub elbows and photograph Greg freaking Nicotero. 🙂

3. Star Trek Las Vegas Con

What’s there to say? It’s Star Trek! 

4. New York Comic Con

CC and I are hoping to attend NYCC this year. I have heard a lot of great things about NYCC. It’s also a good excuse to go back to New York. 🙂

5. Geek Girl Con

Another convention that I’ve heard all good things about. The perfect convention for all geek girls.
